Perfumer
Mia Fall is a beauty creator with a PhD in robotics and, in her own words, a vanilla maximalist. She isn’t a perfumer, but with Ashley Santiago she dreamed up Vanilla for Breakfast for French Cowboy, a creamy, gourmand vanilla.
She comes from robotics and data analysis, so she approaches scent analytically, and she also loves it. Vanilla for Breakfast grew out of a collaboration with Ashley Santiago, French Cowboy’s co-founder and perfumer. The idea was Mia’s, and Ashley made the perfume.
Vanilla is her favourite scent. She wanted the vanilla she had always looked for, creamy and, as she puts it, seriously addictive. Vanilla for Breakfast adds almond milk and roasted tonka to the vanilla. The almond in it is made from leftovers that would otherwise be thrown away.
