Géraldine Ignesta is a French perfumer who works with Mark Buxton at his company, Mark Buxton Perfumes. For Noise she made Silent Conversation, a bright perfume of white flowers and musk.
Buxton says he works closely with her and David Chieze, and that together they make perfumes for brands around the world. She has also worked with him for nown unown, and Io Sono L’Amore for Moth and Rabbit Perfumes is hers too. Silent Conversation came out in 2025, and Formes de Luxe picked it as one of the niche perfumes to watch from Paris Perfume Week.
So far, Silent Conversation shows her style most clearly. Noise links its perfumes to music, and this one was inspired by a moment when two people understand each other without words. It smells clean, and on the skin it stays soft and close, with nothing loud about it.
