Perfumer
Camille Chemardin, a young perfumer at the Flair studio in Paris, makes perfumes for Versatile Paris, Sora Dora, Calaj and L'Orchestre, often with her mentors. Her perfumes are fresh and easy to wear.
She was born in Lyon in 1997 and studied at the École Supérieure du Parfum in Paris. At twenty she joined Flair as an intern. She learned under Amélie Bourgeois and Anne-Sophie Behaghel, who run the studio, and she now works there as a perfumer. She was trusted early with some of the studio’s big projects, such as God Bless Cola and Rital Date for Versatile Paris.
Camille says she loves tuberose and Virginia cedar most. She likes to pair them with fresh ingredients such as ginger and juniper berry. Even in her sweet perfumes for Versatile Paris she usually adds something fresh or spicy so they aren’t too sweet. She does the same in her perfumes for Sora Dora and Calaj.
